Article 1 \u2013 Object<\/strong>
These terms and conditions define the terms of sale of the services offered by MI-ADJA.<\/p>

Article 2 \u2013 Services<\/strong>
MI-ADJA features, in particular :<\/p>

  • organization of holidays, leisure and educational activities,<\/p><\/li>

  • provision of services related to the holiday and entertainment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Article 3 \u2013 Order<\/strong>
    All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or form). It constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.<\/p>

    Article 4 \u2013 Prices and payment<\/strong>
    The prices are expressed in euro and CFA.
    The payment must be carried out according to the agreed terms and conditions (deposit, balance, etc).<\/p>

    Article 5 \u2013 Cancellation and refund<\/strong>
    Any cancellation must be notified in writing. The conditions of reimbursement will be specified at the time of the order.<\/p>

    Section 6 \u2013 Responsibilities<\/strong>
    MI-ADJA cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure or events beyond its control.<\/p>

    Article 7 \u2013 intellectual Property<\/strong>
    All content created by MI-ADJA in the framework of its benefits remains his intellectual property unless otherwise stated.<\/p>

    Article 8 \u2013 applicable Law<\/strong>
    These terms and conditions are governed by the law in c\u00f4te d'ivoire.
