Article 1 – Object
These terms and conditions define the terms of sale of the services offered by MI-ADJA.

Article 2 – Services
MI-ADJA features, in particular :

• organization of holidays, leisure and educational activities,

• provision of services related to the holiday and entertainment.

Article 3 – Order
All orders must be confirmed in writing (email or form). It constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Article 4 – Prices and payment
The prices are expressed in euro and CFA.
The payment must be carried out according to the agreed terms and conditions (deposit, balance, etc).

Article 5 – Cancellation and refund
Any cancellation must be notified in writing. The conditions of reimbursement will be specified at the time of the order.

Section 6 – Responsibilities
MI-ADJA cannot be held responsible in case of force majeure or events beyond its control.

Article 7 – intellectual Property
All content created by MI-ADJA in the framework of its benefits remains his intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

Article 8 – applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the law in côte d'ivoire.
Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Abidjan.
